  • Age: 28
  • Hometown: San Dieog,CA
  • Favorite Food: It all depends on what I'm feeling at the moment. I'm definitely a foodie but one thing that I can eat almost at any given time is ramen...I have a thing for ramen, kimchi ramen to be specific.
  • What got you into fitness? It started for me when I was 15 years old...At first, I just thought it would be super cool to be fit but as I continued to progress it became more than just physical appearance and my ability to move athletically...Throughout the process, I fell in love with the mental mindset it created for me as a by product...That tough mental mindset has allowed me to translate the disciple & structured concept to literary everything I do. I've used those concepts throughout my bachelor college years at San Diego State University studying computer engineering, to working for other businesses & growing them dramatically, to owning my own businesses. This is more than just fitness for me...fitness was just the gateway that allowed me to build mentality & maturing my mindset of how I can apply it's principles to everything else in my life: Proper Knowledge, Proper Structure, Razor sharp Discipline, & a Work-ethic second to none.
  • Other Hobbies: Fishing, fast cars, business, & fashion
  • What’s your go-to pump up song at the gym? It varies but I've been listening to Daughtry's 2016 album a lot.
  • What are three interesting facts about you? 1) I'm right hand but left hand dominant, yeah it's weird... 2) I'm half Filipino & half Micronesian(Yapese to be specific). & 3) I am extremely competitive.
  • What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done? Jumped out of an airplane with my good friend Alvin.
  • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Time is the most valuable asset & focus on winning the day because it all adds up. Winning the day=winning the week=winning the month=winning the year=winning in life.
  • What is one thing you’ve always wanted to try? Hmm...probably pouring some double oak woodford whiskey mid air with my buddy Alvin next time we go skydiving.
  • What is your greatest achievement and how has it shaped you? A few accomplishments would be my associates degree in pre-engineering & transferring to San Diego State University for my Bachelors degree in computer engineering. I personally love numbers & structured systems, so I think the experiences I went through allowed me to view certain things differently I guess, mainly from an analytical standpoint.
  • If you could master one skill you don’t have right now, what would it be? Better Leadership skills than the previous. There is always room for improvement regardless of how well someone has "mastered" a skill. How? It's simple, better than before & repeat that cycle.
  • If you could have one superpower, what would it be and how would you use it? It would probably be time traveling...because I would want to travel back in time & observe how great leaders (both good & bad) were able to do what they did. Plus time traveling would allow me to buy huge possessions in stock dividend companies along side other companies before they exploded to the upside.
  • How has Athletes' Nutrition helped you & what keeps you motivated towards your goals in life? Athletes' Nutrition has given me the opportunity to make a positive impact change in the lives of other people for the better, both physically & mentally. Seeing other people change & become a better version of themselves both physically & mentally over the course of time brings me a lot of motivation in itself. When you can change the lives of other people for the better, it is an AWESOME feeling.
