What got you into fitness? I was in a very low point in my life and it was time for a complete lifestyle change. I started lifting to help keep myself busy and focused on self improvement both mentally and physically. It is now one of my favorite hobbies.

What are three interesting facts about you? I am half Japanese and half white. I’ve visited Japan several times and even went to school there for the summer. I used to play 4 different instruments when I was younger.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done? The craziest thing I’ve ever done was go to school in Japan for the summer.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Best advice I’ve ever received “Do not wait until the last minute”.

What is one thing you’ve always wanted to try? One thing I’ve always wanted to try is surfing

What is your greatest achievement and how has it shaped you? One of my favorite achievements was becoming a personal trainer, it has given me a lot of knowledge about fitness and I continue to learn on the daily.

If you could master one skill you don’t have right now, what would it be? If I could pick one skill to master right now, I’d pick shredding on the guitar.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and how would you use it? If I had one super power, I’d choose teleportation so I could travel whenever.
